What we do

Advanced Pipe Condition Assessment

SoftDig provides professional CCTV pipe inspection to thoroughly assess underground infrastructure condition and pinpoint blockages.

We insert a portable camera on a flexible cable into sewers, storm drains or other conduits. Real-time digital video transmits back high-resolution footage of pipe interiors. We can quickly spot any damage, leaks, clogs or junctions.

Key benefits over traditional locating methods include:

  • Clear visibility of hard-to-access underground pipes
  • Rapidly investigate pipe function and integrity
  • Precisely identify and measure defects
  • Document the condition of sewer and stormwater systems

Hydro Jetting & Cleaning

SoftDig uses high-pressure hydro jetting to clear sediment, grease, roots, and other debris that can obstruct storm and sanitary lines. Jetting prepares pipes for accurate CCTV inspection by ensuring the interior is fully cleaned and unobstructed.

Key benefits of hydro jetting include:

  • Clears debris and buildup that can hide cracks, infiltration points, and structural issues
  • Produces a clean pipe interior for clearer CCTV imaging and more accurate defect detection
  • Works safely on PVC, concrete, clay, and cast-iron pipes without causing structural damage

When SoftDig Recommends Hydro Jetting

  • Municipal sewer or stormwater lines requiring pre-inspection cleaning
  • Commercial or industrial drain systems with recurring buildup issues
  • Post-construction lines containing sediment or job-site debris
  • Pipes showing signs of blockage, slow flow, or suspected internal obstructions
