In addition to the above average scores received, the Performance Summary Remarks are as follows: “The consultant has been consistently on schedule and within budget. Work performed has been presented in a professional manner.  They have been friendly, cooperative and a pleasure to work with.” My many “Thank You’s” go to our Project Manager, William S.
